 All authorized users of the Online Desk Reference get full access to the 5-Minute Assessments. They can download the assessments, make photocopies, and use them in the workplace. There are 22 one-page assessments in all -- one for each of the 22 keys. The Desk Reference provides six different versions: Private-Sector Business, Professional Service Firm, Health Care, Public-Sector Agency, Education, and Organization/Association. Certain words vary from version to version. For instance, some organizations use the term "employee" -- while others use associate, staff, faculty, patient, or something else. The word choice has been tailored to ensure a good fit. The "5-Minute Assessment" logo appears at the top of the screen at all times.
